Let's Protect Indiana’s Forest Legacy For Them!

Children Hiking in the Woods.

Their Future Depends on Us

IFA serves citizens, organizations, businesses, landowners, and communities, all of whom have an interest in Indiana’s public forests. IFA provides research-based information to Hoosiers to involve them in long-term forest protection. IFA brings opportunities for input into decision-making that affects forests, enabling Hoosiers to speak out for forests and the native animals and plants that depend on them. Maybe you’re a hiker who wants to make sure trails aren’t constantly closed from logging. Or a parent or grandparent who wants to see a forest legacy left for your (grand) children. Or an urban dweller who wants to live in a more forested city. This is the community you join when you donate to IFA. Your financial support helps the Indiana Forest Alliance advocate for a sustainable forest future — to legislators, the media, and the rest of us. Hoosiers. Your dollars keep the IFA staff on the ground, investigating the commercial logging happening in our state forests, documenting wildlife diversity, making the case for valuing forests in more sustainable, less destructive ways, and monitoring government overreach. Will you be our partner in this work? Learn about IFA’s current projects, what difference they will make, and the support needed for each. A donation of $25 or more to the Indiana Forest Alliance provides you with a one-year membership.
