7 – 8 a.m.

Early volunteers arrive.

8 – 9 a.m.

Mid-morning volunteers arrive. 

8 – 10 a.m.

Artists arrive to drop off art to the Cultural Center Library. Artists can park directly in front of the Cultural Center lot. 

10 – 11:30 a.m.

Art to be juried and put up for display in the library at the Cultural Center

12 – 1 p.m.

Introduction of Indiana Forest Alliance Staff at Main Stage

12 – 12:15 p.m.

Opening remarks from Executive Director Jeff Stant at Main Stage

12:15 – 12:30 p.m.

Art show and time capsule at Main Stage

12:30 – 12:45 p.m.

Steven Stewart presentation on cultural and natural impacts of Solar Eclipses in history and today at Main Stage.

11:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Art on Display at the Cultural Center.

12 – 4 p.m.

Information booth in tent near Main stage.

1 – 2 p.m.

Guided hike on Forest trail from Cultural Center.

1:49 – 4:22 p.m.

Solar Eclipse viewing in all open areas. Some may want to be in wooded areas to observe wildlife changes during this period.  TOTALITY from 3:04 – 3:08 p.m.

1:30 – 4 p.m.

Buddhist Monks conduct a medicine Buddah Puja,a special awareness ceremony and ritual honoring and promoting inner and planetary healing. Ceremony will pause during totality and then continue until completion.  

4:30 p.m.

Closing ceremonies at Main Stage

5 p.m.

Official end of festivities.

5 – 6 p.m.

Volunteers help with cleanup.
