No one knows Indiana’s forests better than Jeff. As IFA’s executive director since 2013, his passion to protect and preserve Indiana’s priceless wilderness treasures is second to none.

Courtney Senousy

Director of Operations

Courtney shares a deep passion for supporting Mission-Driven organizations and expanding their reach of impact. She is an Advancement and Operations Specialist with a true love for our environment. Nature is her home, and she is proud to serve IFA.


Jennifer Christie

Director of Development

Jennifer has degrees in Chemistry and Biology from Purdue University. She has worked as an Environmental Chemist and Outdoor Educator. For over a decade, Jennifer was a leader in a global clinical trial company. A Master Black Belt (MBB) in Lean Six Sigma, she has used her leadership skills to serve many organizations, especially those focused on climate change and biodiversity.

Director of Conservation

Rae, whose thesis work was on plant cellular responses to environmental stresses, has applied her Purdue University credentials to her conservation and research work, from IFA’s Ecoblitz surveys to the Economic Study.

Evan is an avid hiker with an extensive professional background in public sector and political communications.


Myrna Trump

Staff Accountant

Myrna has spent her career as a nonprofit accountant and administrator in Indiana and Colorado. She is passionate about the arts, animal welfare and environmental conservation.


Steven Stewart

Hoosier National Forest

Steven Stewart is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington.  He has worked for many years in the non-profit sector and the field of Preservation. He is a strong public forest advocate and has spent his whole life in the forest learning its ways.


Lori Perdue

Campaign Director
Forests for Indy

Lori Perdue brings more than 15 years of activism experience to IFA’s Forests For Indy urban forest protection work. She joined staff in 2022 as an AmeriCorps Public Ally, serving as an Outreach Coordinator for FFI. Lori is an enthusiastic community organizer and a grandmother with a deep and abiding love for the peacefulness of the forests and is committed to preserving those left standing in Indianapolis.


Neil Goswami

Membership & Development Coordinator

A native of Bloomington, Neil has degrees in Political Science and Philosophy. Whether it’s hiking through pristine trails, kayaking in tranquil waters or simply enjoying the beauty of a sunset, Neil finds solace and inspiration in the natural world. His personal experiences in nature fuel his passion for environmental conservation and sustainability.
